The Everett Education Association (EEA) represents over 1,340 certificated staff members in the Everett School District.  The EEA is affiliated with the Pilchuck UniServ Council, Washington Education Association, and the National Education Association.  Locally, the EEA works with the affiliated locals of the Pilchuck UniServ Council, specifically, Snohomish EA, Marysville EA, Mukilteo EA, Skykomish EA, Sultan EA, Monroe EA, Everett Nurses, Lake Stevens EA, and Granite Falls EA.  The EEA is also a member of the Snohomish Labor Council and Washington State Labor Council.

The EEA is governed by two representative bodies—a 12 member Executive Board and Representative Council of 130 members elected each year by the membership.  Each body meets once a month to address member concerns, conduct association business, and advance the working conditions of its members in order to better serve the students in our community.
